SPORTS AND FACILITIES

Permanent sports in the centre: Aerial Skiing, Athletics, Cycling, Diving, Golf, Gymnastics, Field Hockey, Netball, Rowing, Sailing, Swimming, Triathlon, Water Polo.

Sport facilities: VIS has a fully equipped gymnasium, pool, sprung floor, spa and ice baths. In addition, VIS continues to utilise existing sporting facilities within the community for sport specific technical training.

Support services: Sport Medicine (Medical, Physiotherapy, Massage, Psychology, Nutrition), Sports Science (Physiology, Video analysis, Game analysis, Biomechanics), Athlete Career and Education (ACE), Physical Preparation (strength & conditioning).

Studies arranged, available for athletes in the centre or externally: Career Counselling provided; Personal Development workshops offered, along with education support.
